Terms of Service

By accessing or using 24HR Asset Intelligence, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the activity that occurs under it.

Paid plans are billed on the terms shown at signup. Starter and Fleet plans are available month-to-month and can be canceled anytime. Free trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends.

You retain ownership of the fleet and asset information you add. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service, such as processing documents so AVA can organize your assets.

When you route maintenance into the 24HR service-provider or roadside ecosystem, additional terms from the servicing provider may apply.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. AVA responses and maintenance insights are intended to assist your decisions and do not replace professional judgment or required inspections.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
